Dear Rattlesnake Island Association (RIA) Members - 

This is the “voting notice” as explained in our correspondence dated June 16, 2020.  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, RIA does not plan to hold an in-person Annual Meeting for 2020.  We are asking our members to adopt next year’s Budget and elect 2 Board members via US Mail or electronic correspondence (preferred).

For your reference, the Profit and Loss statement for 2019/20 and the proposed budget for 2020/21 can be found here.  

We have not received any additional nominations for our open director seats.  There are two Directors whose terms expire this year, Jim Reams and Dave Dietrich.  Both Jim and Dave will run for another three year term.  

Action Requested:

Register your vote through our website at www.rattlesnakeassociation.com .  If you are unable to vote online there will be a paper option sent to your address of record where you can vote and return. 

In order to proceed, we require a minimum of 2/3 of our members to vote.  Please respond promptly as this will allow the Board to act upon your guidance.  

It is the intention of the Board to propose no other items until we can have a traditional Annual Meeting in 2021.
